This group allows you to express your truth without judgment, untangle confusing thoughts, honor your loved one, and explore your loss narrative. The group will provide a safe enough place to be with your grief.

What to Expect

The first group you will learn helpful techniques and tips to support you in utilizing the writing prompts, group guidelines & ground rules. Then we will do a shortened version writing prompt to get a feel for it. The following groups will include writing prompts to write to together and then if you feel comfortable enough, each member will have the opportunity to read out loud what they wrote to experience how empowering it can be to have your grief witnessed.

Dates: November 13th & 20th, December 4th, 11th & 18th

Maximum Group Size 5.

Cost is $20 per group, $100 for 5 weeks.
